Thank you for choosing Telos Gear and for your support of Telos Snowboards! Welcome to the family, where we're dedicated to filling your days with Stoke and Excitement every time you hit the slopes! Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please take a moment to leave a review of your new products, helping us continue to produce the best riding boards.

To ensure you receive the full benefits of your warranty, please register your purchase by emailing info@telossnowboards.com. Include your board's serial number (found on the right side edge top, starting with 169 XXX XXX X XXX) and a photo of your original purchase receipt from an Authorized Telos Dealer.

Upon purchase, you automatically receive 2 years of warranty coverage. However, by registering, you'll unlock an additional 2 years of coverage, totaling 4 years of warranty protection. Plus, as a bonus, you'll get exclusive access to our community group and opportunities to snag some extra swag and deals!

Remember, the warranty for bindings is 1 year from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY CLAIM

If you encounter damage due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement at no cost. To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Gather the necessary information, including your original purchase receipt from our online shop or an Authorized Telos Dealer.
  2. Include detailed photos showing the base, side, and top of the board, capturing the damage as clearly as possible, along with the serial number located on every board at the right-hand side, centered between the binding inserts (see sample pic above).

Once you have gathered all necessary information, please send your warranty claim to info@telossnowboards.com. We'll review your claim promptly and assist you with the next steps in the warranty process.

If your beloved board meets an untimely demise due to extreme shredding, fear not! We've got your back with discounts of up to 40% off your next purchase, ensuring you're never without a trusty ride for long. Here's what's covered under our Shred-It Guarantee:

  1. Cracked Topsheet: If your topsheet is cracked, indicating potential damage to underlying layers, we'll help you replace your board.
  2. Snapped Board: Whether it's a big park hit or a backcountry mishap, if your board snaps, we've got you covered.
  3. Core Shots: Don't let a core shot keep you out of the game. We'll assist you in getting back on the mountain.
  4. Top or Base De-lamination: Separation due to impact? We'll provide you with a sweet deal on a fresh shred stick.

If your board is still under warranty but damaged beyond repair, you may qualify for our Shred-It Guarantee. Simply fill out the attached form and upload photos of your board.
